Comments:
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted with the director and lead preschool teacher on April 3, 2018 from11:45 am to 12:50 PM and April 4, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Eighteen children, ages 4 through 5 years old, were in care during the inspection. Children were observed being read a story and eating snacks brought from home. Hand washing procedures were observed. Ten children's records and three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications to be reviewed during the inspection. The emergency drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was documented as 3/7/18. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 2/15/18. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 12/5/17. The most recent health inspection was documented as 8/8/16. The most recent fire inspection was documented as 2/13/18. The first aid kit, flash light, and radio were observed and in compliance.
