Comments:
An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted from 07:00 am - 8:15 am. There were 32 children in care being supervised by 4 staff members. The children were observed participating in structured center play and cooperative games. Breakfast served today is sausage breakfast pizza, cereal bar, apple, and milk. Ten children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Four staff records were reviewed and in compliance. An allergy list was posted and reviewed for children enrolled in the program with food allergies. All children with diagnosed food allergies had documentation of an Allergy Care Plan. Eight medications were reviewed and in compliance. There are three staff members on site who are MAT (Medication Administration Training) certified. The emergency preparedness plan was reviewed and in compliance. The most recent Lock Down drill was conducted 01/24/2018.
