Discussed MD orders when they specify either liquid or tablet for medications that are ordered. Structured activities discussed that are age appropriate for the children currently in care.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 20 children with 2 staff on site this date. When the inspector arrived, the children and staff were on the outside playground. Observation of transitioning from outdoor play, to hand washing/bathroom and snack time. Snack today was yogurt and juice. Parents observed picking children up and signing them out on the attendance log. Children were grouped in small groups eating snack and talking with each other. Some table top activities involved playing with card collections and completing homework. A review of 7 children's records was made and determined complete. Four medications on site at this time. MAT (medication administration training) training and first aid/CPR certifications were verified today. Staff records are reviewed annually in the administrative office.
