A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on April 16, 2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Standard #: VENDSUB-000-012-B Description: Based on record review, all employees did not complete the Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff. Evidence: Staff D did not have documentation of completion of the Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff. Plan of Correction: We will make sure to get copies of the training completion.
Standard #: VENDSUB-000-012-E-1 Description: Based on record review, the center did not maintain current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for all staff. Evidence: Staff D does not have documentation of current certification in CPR. Plan of Correction: We will make sure to get copies of the certification of CPR.
