Discussed new fingerprinting procedures.
On 02/09/2018 a complaint was received by e-mail alleging inappropriate behavior guidance. An investigation was initiated on 02/13/2018. Interviews with staff and observations of the children's classrooms were conducted by the licensing inspector. On site inspections were conducted on 02/13/2018, 02/20/2018, 02/22/2018. The investigation concluded on 3/31/2018. Based upon the information gathered during the investigation, the allegation was determined to be not valid. A violation not related to the complaint was cited in the area of Background checks and is detailed in the violation notice.
Standard #: 22VAC40-191-60-C-2 Complaint related: No Description: Based on record review it was determined the center did not ensure that each employee had results of a central registry search. Evidence: 1.The record for Staff #2 did not contain a completed central registry search. 2. Staff #2 hire date was 11/12/2011 3.
