A discussion was held today regarding subsidy standards.
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on Thursday, April 12, 2018, to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Standard #: VENDSUB-000-006-B-5 Description: Based on observation information on allergies and actions to be taken in an emergency situation was not on site. Evidence: There were no allergy actions plans for any child. Interview with director confirmed no allergy action plans have been developed for children with allergies. Plan of Correction: I will add an allergy action plan to the long term medication form.
