63.2 Licensure and Registration Procedures
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted April 6 2018 between 9:40am and 11:45am. There were 36 children in the direct care of 9 staff members at the beginning of the inspection. All ratios were maintained during the inspection. Children were observed singing, painting, practicing gluing and cutting, washing hands, having water play, and reading. The center offers plenty of materials for the children to utilize. Areas of non-compliance are listed on the violation notice. Decembers fire drill for 2017 was conducted on Friday the 22nd and recorder, but not recorded on the Emergency Drill Report Form. We will continue to conduct monthly fire drills and make sure it is documented in the proper paperwork.
