Comments:
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted today with the director. Forty seven children were present with 10 staff providing supervision. Staff and children's files were reviewed as well as medications and allergy plans. Arrival time: 1:35 pm Departure time: 4: 20pm

Standard #: VENDSUB-000-006-B-11
Description: Based on a review of allergy plans, it was determined that one child had a diagnosed food allergies but there was no allergy plan on file. Evidence: Child A was allergic to eggs, however there was no allergy plan on file.

Plan of Correction: We will obtain an allegy plan for child A.
