Comments:
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 5:00 PM and ending at 6:10 PM. There were 15 school-aged children in the care of two staff members during the inspection. The children were observed playing games, jumping rope, and listening to music. Several children were also observed eating snack which consisted of vegetable sticks with ranch dressing and milk. Eight children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Two staff records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and radio were observed and in compliance. The emergency escape drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was documented as 3/15/18. The most recent shelter-in-placed drill was documented as 11/20/17. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 9/29/17. The most recent fire inspection was documented as 1/26/17. The most recent health inspection was documented as 10/18/17.
