Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:30pm-1:50pm. There were 143 children (infants-5yrs.) directly supervised by 12 staff. The physical plant, 9 staff records including all new staff records, children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. The kindergarten children were observed participating in circle time and young infants were engaged in floor play. Other children were observed transitioning to nap time. There was an abundant supply of materials for the children. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
