Type of inspection: Monitoring An unannounced, mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/17/24 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. A preliminary findings review was conducted post-inspection. The exit interview was also held on 12/17/24 with Administrator.
