Type of inspection: Monitoring Date(s) of inspection and time the licensing inspector was on-site at the facility for each day of the inspection: 3/7/2025 from 3:30- 6p.m. The Licensing Inspector met with the CEO for the entrance conference. Number of staff records reviewed (2) Number of Board of Directors (4) This office is a location for child-placing activities to occur at this location, but no active client and family records are currently housed here. There are no birth parent/child or provider home case records kept at this location, although the office is available to conduct any needed child placing activities. HR records are housed at this location. The agency has not hired new staff since that last inspection. The physical office was inspected and is in compliance with the standard 22VAC40-131-50. The agency's license and results of the most recent licensing inspection were posted and in compliance with 22VAC40-131-50. An exit meeting was conducted with the Executive Director on 3/10/2025. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined (0) violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
