Type of inspection: Renewal Date(s) of inspection and time the licensing inspector was on-site at the facility for each day of the inspection: 3/6/2025 from 11:30- 2:30 p.m. The Licensing Inspector met with the administrative assistant and Executive Director via phone to initiate the entrance conference. Number of provider home records (8) Number of provider home records reviewed (1) Number of birth parent/child record (3) Number of birth parent/child record reviewed (1) Number of staff records reviewed (2) Number of Board of Directors (4) The agency has not hired any new staff since that last inspection. The physical office was inspected and is in compliance with the standard 22VAC40-131-50. The agency's license and results of the most recent licensing inspection were posted near the agency's entrance, in compliance with 22VAC40-131-50. An exit meeting was conducted with the Executive Director on 3/10/2025. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined (0) violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
