Type of inspection: Monitoring Date(s) of inspection and time the licensing inspector was on-site at the facility for each day of the inspection: 12/3/2025 from 11am -1:50pm. The Licensing Inspector met with the Director of Family Engagement for the entrance conference and preliminary finding meeting. Number of staff records reviewed (2) This office is a location for child-placing activities to occur at this location, but no active family records are currently housed at this Norfolk office location. There are no birth parent/child or provider home case records maintained at this location, although the office is available to conduct any needed child placing activities. Human Resource department and personnel records are located at this location. The agency has hired two staff since last inspection. The physical office was inspected and is in compliance with the standard 22VAC40-131-50. The agency's license and results of the most recent licensing inspections were posted and in compliance with 22VAC40-131-50. An exit meeting was conducted with the Executive Director on 12/3/2025. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined (0) violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
