Type of inspection: Renewal Date(s) of inspection and time the licensing inspector was on-site at the facility for each day of the inspection: 1/29/2026 from 10:40- 2:30 p.m. The acknowledgement of inspection form was signed and left at the facility for each day of the inspection. The Licensing Inspector met with the post adoption specialist and Executive Director to discuss the entrance to the renewal inspection. The physical office was inspected and is in compliance with the standard 22VAC40-131-50. The agency's license and results of the most recent licensing inspection were posted near the agency's entrance, in compliance with 22VAC40-131-50. An exit meeting was conducted with the Executive Director on 1/29/2026. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
