Type of inspection: Monitoring An onsite unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted January 23, 2026, from 12:00 noon to 2:40 pm. The Acknowledgement of the Inspection form was signed and left at the facility. The preliminary and exit review was held on the same day as the onsite inspection. Number of children in care: 4 Number of approved provider homes: 33 The licensing inspector completed a tour of the physical plant that included the office setting and conditions. Number of staff records reviewed: 5 Number of interviews conducted with staff: 1 Observations by licensing inspector: Records were well organized. Additional Comments/Discussion: The Director was available throughout the inspection as needed. An exit meeting was conducted: January 23, 2026 The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within five (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary.
