An onsite, unannounced, mandated renewal inspection was completed on 2/24/2022 from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. The agency reports 59 families approved and waiting for placement. The Senior Director of Clinical Services and Support Services and the Adoption Homestudy Case Manager were present for the inspection. The Senior Director of Clinical Services participated in the exit interview on 3/01/22. Six adoptive home records were reviewed. Background checks for four additional families approved since the last inspection were reviewed. Seventeen personnel records was reviewed. Background checks for four corporate officers and 1 agent were also reviewed. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child Placing Agencies.
