Type of inspection: Monitoring A monitoring inspection was initiated on February 3, 2025, and concluded on February 4, 2025. The casework was available during the inspection. A copy of the acknowledgment of inspection form was provided to the facility. Number of children in care: 0 Number of approved adoptive homes: 11 Number of children’s records reviewed: 0 Number of adoptive homes reviewed: 3 Number of staff records reviewed: 0 Number of interviews conducted with staff: 1 Exit meeting was held on 2/4/2025 Additional Comments/Discussion: Findings were discussed with the provider on the date of the inspection and an exit meeting was conducted on the date of the inspection.
