Type of Inspection: Renewal An unannounced, mandated renewal inspection was initiated on 3/17/2026 and concluded on 3/18/2026, as required by state licensing regulations. An entrance conference was held with the Foster Care Supervisor. Upon completion of the inspection, a findings review and exit interview were conducted with the Foster Care Supervisor via Teams. A tour of the physical plant to include office settings and conditions was also conducted as a part of the renewal inspection. Number of children in care: 43 Number of approved provider homes: 24 Number of children’s records reviewed: 5 Number of provider home records reviewed: 3 Number of interviews conducted with staff: 50% of staff reviewed during the licensing period. Number of corporate officer records reviewed: 1-reviewed during renewal inspection at the Richmond location in March 2026. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within five (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary.
