Type of inspection: Monitoring An onsite unannounced inspection was held on 10/08/2025 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. A preliminary review was held on the same day as the inspection. The Regional Supervisor and Program Manager were available throughout the onsite inspection as needed. The Acknowledgement of Inspection form was provided. Number of ILA Youth in care: 6 The licensing inspector completed a prior tour of the physical plant that included the office setting and conditions. Number of ILA youth records reviewed: 2 (includes 1 discharge) Number of staff records reviewed: 2 Number of interviews conducted with staff: 1 Observations by licensing inspector: Documentation needed for review was readily available/accessible. Exit meeting was held 10/08/2025 Additional Comments/Discussion: ILA Director, HR Business Partner and ILA Assistant Director were available remotely/email correspondences. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within five (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary.
