A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/09/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 39 children, ages 4 years-10 years, and 5 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records, 4 staff records and 4 medications during the inspection. Children were observed in the following activities: during organized large motor play in the gym, during homework time, having an afternoon snack and participating in arts and crafts. The inspector reviewed the emergency supplies during the inspection. The inspector discussed subsidy requirements and table sanitizing products with the staff. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
