An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 08/05/2019 from 12:00pm - 2:00pm. A monitoring inspection was conducted concurrently as this facility is a licensed child day center. At the time of entrance there were 23 children in care with six staff. The children ranged in age from two years - ten years. Children were observed during lunch and nap. Records reviewed for two staff and six children in care.
