Licensing Inspector (LI) conducted an announced inspection on 5/9/2019 to inspect recent building remodeling of 12 resident rooms that will be for regular assisted living residents LI walked the physical plant and verified window and room measurements. The Fire and Building Inspections have been completed and the rooms are ready of occupancy.
