An Opportunity You have the unique opportunity to better your community through volunteerism. On Monday, June 22, President Barack Obama announced the launch of United We Serve, a national initiative to promote and sustain community involvement and service. You are encouraged to join this effort by volunteering your time and efforts to established organizations or your own community service project. The Virginia Department of Social Services' Office on Volunteerism and Community Services (OVCS) is a point of contact for efforts in the Commonwealth. News for EPPICard Users Effective June 16, 2009 the PNC Bank network became part of the EPPICard network. EPPICard customers will not be charged an ATM surcharge fee from PNC. PNC Bank has 6,248 ATMs nationwide and 162 in Virginia.
