A Licensed Child Placing Agency (LCPA) is any individual or agency licensed to place children in foster homes, adoptive homes, child-caring institutions or independent living arrangements. Licensed child-placing agencies may have more than one office or service. The branch offices are listed in the child-placing agency directory.
