One inspector conducted a focused monitoring visit (1:10pm to 1:35pm) concerning a self-reported incident involving a resident who left the facility without signing out and was returned by the police. The resident does not have a cognitive deficit, but chose not to tell the facility he was going out to visit a friend. Facility staff counselled the resident on the importance of following facility rules. No licensing violations were noted.
