On 7/26/2019 one inspector conducted a training/consultation session (9:30am to 3pm) for six staff members. The training covered 22 VAC 40-73-440 and 450, How Licensing Looks at Uniform Assessment Instruments (UAI) and Comprehensive Individualized Service Plans (C-ISP). The staff participated in a training exercise as part of the training session. Training certificates were mailed to the facility.
