On 06/27/2019 two VDSS representatives were on site to conduct a focused monitoring inspection to follow-up on the previous building and grounds violations. While on site the inspectors did observed contractors working to make repairs to the physical plant of the facility. Based on observation of the work in progress it would not be reasonable for noncompliance to be cited. The facility Administrator was informed that our findings would be discussed with the Licensing Administrator for further guidance. The inspection was conducted between the approximate hours of 1:30 p.m and 3:00 p.m.
