Two Licensing Representatives conducted a monitoring visit regarding resident rights on October 9, 2019 from 10:05 a.m. to 12:08 p.m. There were 67 residents in care. The following was reviewed: resident records, staff training, documentation from staff of resident behaviors. Discussed during inspection: documenting verbal behaviors of residents. There were no violations cited on this date.
