An unannounced renewal inspection was initiated by two licensing representatives on January 7, 2020 from 10:35 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. A census of 15 residents was reported. A follow-up visit was conducted by the licensing inspector on January 10, 2020 from 7:45 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Previous violations were reviewed and corrected. The following items were reviewed/observed during the inspection: tour of the physical plant, a sample of 6 resident and 3 staff records, facility documentation, menu/activity schedule, first aid kit supplies, resident/staff interviews, and medication pass observation/physician's orders/Medication Administration Records (MARs).
