Comments:

An announced inspection was conducted on 4/7/20 to measure the bedrooms and glazed window areas of the new addition. A total of 26 rooms were measured. Bathrooms were also randomly checked for all required items, including handrails. The total new capacity will be determined once the square footage calculations are completed. Please forward an email indicating the rooms that are being removed from and the new rooms being added to the assisted living unit. Also include in this email the total capacity the facility is requesting, based upon the current completed addition and changes. Thank you for your assistance and cooperation during this inspection.
