Comments:

An announced inspection was conducted on 6/1/21 to measure the window space and square footage of 27 bedrooms. Bathrooms were also randomly checked for all required items, including handrails. The 13 renovated/remodeled rooms on the Concord Memory Support Unit included 13 rooms (nine with the administrator's request for single occupancy and four with a request for double occupancy). There were also 14 rooms in building #3 that were renovated/remodeled and they included 10 with a request for single occupancy and four with a request for double occupancy. All of these rooms were previously removed from the total capacity during the remodeling/renovation process. The administrator has requested the licensed capacity be increased from 126 to 161; however, the total new capacity will be determined once the square footage calculations have been completed. The building official's approval and fire inspection must be received in the licensing office prior to the rooms being approved and the new license being issued.
