Comments:

A focus non-mandated monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/28/2021 and concluded on 9/29/21 to act upon the licensee's request to include a secure environment on the 3rd floor of the facility.. The licensee was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The inspector inspected the 3rd floor of the facility and found it in compliance with the regulations for a secure environment. A second on site inspection was completed on 9/29/21 to inspect additional rooms on the 3rd floor, the rooms were found in compliance. The fire marshal was contacted on 9/29/2021 and shared that the windows can be kept shut as the building is fully sprinklered. Mini refrigerators currently in some of the rooms will be removed. An exit interview was conducted with the licensee on 9/28/21 and 9/29/21, where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection. No violations were issued.
