An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on August 6, 2019. The complainant reported concerns regarding supervision. An inspection was completed at the facility, interviews were conducted with staff and documentation was reviewed. There is not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation, therefore, this complaint has been determined to be Not Valid. There were no violations cited during this inspection.
