Discussed maintaining resilient surfacing in the winter, handwashing, infant sleep schedule, hazardous substance standard, updated MAT form and updated sworn statement of affirmation.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 22, 2019. At the time of entrance there were 52 children and 11 staff members present with children. There were additional staff on site for program support and administrative purposes. The sample size consisted of 5 children's and 6 staff records. Children were observed during story time, arts and crafts, center time to include , blocks, cars and singing and dancing and children outside. The infants were observed freely playing and eating. Previous violations were reviewed. Four medications were reviewed. The inspection began at approximately 9:00 am and ended at approximately 11:30 am. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice. The results of the inspection and the violations cited were reviewed and verified with the center director during the exit interview.
