An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 26, 2019 from approximately 9:30am-11:30pm. Upon arrival to the facility, there were 65 children present with 12 staff members. Additional staff were on site for administrative and support purposes. The children were observed in a variety of activities to include morning prayer, teacher-directed group instruction, music and movement, snack time and preparing for arts and crafts. The physical environment was inspected which included classrooms, restrooms, a gymnasium and the outdoor playground. Six staff records and six children's records were reviewed. The center does not offer transportation at this time.
