An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on September 13, 2019 from approximately 1:30 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. in response to a complaint that was received in the Valley Licensing Office on September 10, 2019. The allegations were regarding behavior management and staff to children ratios. There were 74 children in the care of 19 staff members with one additional staff member available to assist if needed. There were 205 children enrolled at the center.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations and the complaint disposition was, therefore, "not valid." There were no violations.
Interviews were conducted with three staff members. Two staff records and four children's records were reviewed.
