A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 7/10/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A total of 4 children (9 points) were present with the provider. The children were engaged in the following: completing a craft activity, playing with toys, and reading. Programming, drills, emergency procedures, and 4 children?s records and the provider's record were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
