Reminder: Emergency evacuation drills needs to be conducted monthly. Shelter-in-place drills need to be conducted twice a year.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the provider beginning at 8:45 am and ending at 10:00 am. There were four children in care during the inspection. The children were ages 18 months, 2, 3, and 3 years old for a total of 9 points. The children were observed eating breakfast with consisted of breakfast corn dog and milk and playing with toys. Hand washing procedures were observed and in compliance. Four children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Three household records were reviewed. Four pet records were reviewed and in compliance. One vehicle was inspected and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as 11/18/19.
