Standard #: 8VAC20-780-240-A Description: Based on record review the center failed to have one staff member complete the Virginia Department of Education sponsored orientation course within 90 days of employment.
Evidence:
1. Two staff records were reviewed.
2. Staff # 2 did not have documentation of completing the Virginia Department of Education's sponsored orientation course within 90 days of employment.
3. Staff #2's date of hire was documented 04/24/2023.
4. The director confirmed there was no documentation for Staff #2 completing the Virginia Department of Education's orientation within 90 days of employments.Plan of Correction: After continuing to try and locate her certificate and not being able to access it I had her retake the class.
