An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 23, 2023 from 12:45 pm to 2:10 pm. Eleven staff were observed supervising forty-six children, ages infants through age four years. Children were observed eating and napping. Five children and five staff records were reviewed. No violations were found.
