A complaint investigation was initiated regarding operational responsibililties, information for parents and pick up on January 16, 2020 from 2:50 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. Staff interviews were conducted. Documentation was reviewed including one child's record and the center's parent handbook. Given the information collected during the investigation, there was no noncompliance noted.
