An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted December 7 2023 between 10:45am and 12:00pm. There were 79 children in the care of 17 staff. Children were observed being diapered, washing hands, being fed, playing with magnet blocks, and preparing for lunch. Staff records, child records, medications, the first aid kit, evacuation drills, and the physical plant was observed and inspected. Citations are listed on the violation notice.
