An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 to determine the center?s compliance with licensing standards. The inspector arrived at 2:45pm and concluded the inspection at 5:30pm. The census for today?s inspection consisted of 160 children in the care of 14 staff members. The center?s assistant director was present and assisted the inspector throughout the inspection. Upon the inspector?s arrival, the children were engaged in a variety of activities. The inspector observed and inspected each classroom and completed formal observations throughout. The children were observed in common areas of the building, in the gym, in the playground, and in different classrooms. The required postings were observed and found to be in compliance. The center?s first aid kit and non-medical emergency supplies were inspected and found complete. Transportation is provided and six buses were inspected for compliance. Five emergency medications and authorizations were reviewed. On February 12, 2020, 10 children?s records were reviewed and found completed. The licensing inspector reviewed ten staff records on Friday, February 14, 2020 from 9:05am to 10:35am.

There were no violations found during the inspections. A renewal application has been received in the licensing office. A recommendation regarding the license will be made upon completion of today?s inspection.
