A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on Friday, December 16, 2019 between 11:40 am to 3:30 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements.During this inspection, initially there were 28 children present with 7 staff including the center's director and assistant director The licensing inspector observed the children in care participating in a variety of activities to include participating in circle time reading, completing bathroom breaks, engaged in active play on carpet, transitioning into napping, and napping. The first aid kit and emergency supplies, posted emergency contacts, emergency drills, menu, required postings were reviewed by the inspector. During this inspection, there were six children's records and five staff records reviewed. The center's bathrooms, classroom, kitchen, and transportation were inspected. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
