Standard #: 8VAC20-790-600-D-1 Description: Based on review of seven staff files, the facility failed to ensure each staff obtain cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training within the first 90 days of employment. Evidence: Staff 1 (date of employment (3/3/2022) and Staff 3 (date of employment 11/1/2021) did not have documentation of CPR training. Plan of Correction: Staff will receive training soon.
