An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 12/2/19 from 12:45pm-1:50pm. The Northern Licensing Office received the complaint on 11/25/19 regarding supervision of children. Interviews were conducted, records reviewed, and observations made throughout the physical plant. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations and the complaint has been deemed not valid. Please email me at morgan.bryson1@dss.virginia.gov with any questions.
