Consultation was made regarding medication authorization forms.
- Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 11:45am-2:15pm. There were 38 children directly supervised by 8 staff and all classrooms were in ratio. The physical plant, outdoor playground area, buses, programming, menus, 5 staff records, 6 children?s records, 6 medications, emergency drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected and found to be in compliance. Children were observed transitioning from lunch to naptime and infants were observed interacting with the teacher and engaging in floor play. Positive interactions between children and staff were observed during this inspection. There was an abundant supply of age appropriate materials for the children and the center was clean and organized. There are adequate staff on site trained in Daily Health Observation, Medication Administration Training, and CPR/First Aid. No violations were found during today's inspection.
