An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 7/10/2019 from 8:05am-9:35am. The Northern Licensing Office received the complaint on 7/1/2019 regarding ratios in the infant/toddler classroom. Interviews were conducted, records reviewed, and observations made in the infant/toddler classroom. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations and the complaint has been deemed not valid. Please email me at morgan.bryson1@dss.virginia.gov with any questions.
