Evidence: On 2/18/2022, there were 5 infants alone with one staff person for 25 minutes. Plan of Correction: Staff member was running late and did arrive.
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-370-5 Description: Based on observation, the facility failed to provide awake infants a change in play space at least every 30 minutes. Evidence: on 2/18/2022, three infants were in bouncer seats or in chairs at the table from 9:20 a.m. to 10:44 a.m. Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.

Evidence: On 2/18/2022, 3 infants were fed in an infant bouncer seat with a bottle that was propped by a blanket. Plan of Correction: It is in our standards and training that children need to be rotated. Will revisit.
